Title: Flow around a circular cylinder

Description: The video shows flow around a circular cylinder at Re ~ 220. The visualization is done by hydrogen bubble technique using a 50 micron platinum wire placed just upstream of the 0.25 in. circular cylinder. The video was made as part of an exercise to demonstrate flow around circular cylinders to the undergraduate student population of the engineering department at the University of Texas at Brownsville. The flow visualization technique and the imaging were all implemented by the undergraduate students.
