Title: Liquid threads in okra

Description: Thin liquids threads are formed when two slices of okra (Abelmoschus esculentusare) pulled apart. Biopolymers (polyshacharides) present in the fruit sap stabilize are stretched during the operation and provide elastic stresses which stabilize the threads.
