Title: Drag-out of bubbles by a wall withdrawn from a liquid bath

Description: A bubble placed in the meniscus of a Landau-Levich flow will remain stationary there until a critical wall speed is reached, at which point the bubble is suddenly pulled out of the bath and deposited on the liquid-coated wall. This phenomenon is commonly observed in drinks such as milk or beer, and is of relevance to a number of manufacturing processes.
